چکیده

In this study, an attempt has been made to synthesize nanoemulsions using Trachyspermum ammi tincture. The nanoemulsion specifications are characterized by TEM, DLS, and zeta potential. anti-tumour cell toxicity effects of the biosynthesized evaluated chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) MTT assays, respectively. For CAM test, length number blood vessels around gelatine sponge. According DLS analysis, synthesized T. tincture have average hydrodynamic size 34 nm. cytotoxicity test shows little for against human foreskin fibroblast cells. On other hand, fabricated show dose- time-dependent colon cancer cells (HT-29) ovarian (A2780) with IC50 14 0.72 μg/ml, assay, dose dependency significantly decrease after exposure different concentrations nanoemulsions. a simple approach biosynthesis is explained. dose-dependent cytotoxic HT-29 inhibit formation vessels. observed bioeffects indicate potential as effective chemotherapeutics treatment.

Anticancer activities of anti-membrane antibodies against colon carcinoma cells undergoing chemotherapy.

AIMS AND BACKGROUND Chemotherapy combined with target therapy using antibodies against tumor cell membrane antigens may greatly increase the survival of cancer patients. Similar to autoantigens in autoimmunity diseases, certain membrane components may be more heterogeneous and create new determinants of antigens or haptens after chemotherapy. The aim of the current study was to prepare anti-mem...

In vitro toxicological assessment of MgO and Silica Nanoparticle in human colon carcinoma cells

The use of nanoparticles (NPs) has been extended to many fields such as agriculture, food industry, medicine and biotechnological fields. Thereby, human exposure to NPs consequently increases. Therefore, there is a concern about the potential biological effects and toxicity of NPs for humans and the environment. This study aimed to investigate the cytotoxicity effects of magnesium oxide (MgO) a...

Interactive anticancer effect of nanomicellar curcumin and galbanic acid combination therapy with some common chemotherapeutics in colon carcinoma cells

Objective: In the current investigation, we aimed to study the combined cytotoxicity of curcumin, as a nanomicellar formulation, and galbanic acid (Gal), dissolved in DMSO against the murine C26 and human Caco-2 colon carcinoma cells. Further, curcumin potential for cisplatin and doxorubicin (Dox) co-therapy was studied. <span styl...

Anticancer activity of Doxorubicin conjugated to polymer/carbon based-nanohybrid against MCF-7 breast and HT-29 colon cancer cells

The Cancer is one of the world’s most devastating diseases. Doxorubicin (DOX) is an effective chemotherapeutic drug; however, its toxicity is a significant limitation in therapy. Due to the severe side effects of chemotherapy drugs, scientists have tried to load these drugs in nanocomposites. This paper describes a facile and low cost approach for preparation polymeric biodegradable nanohybrid ...

Primula auriculata Extracts Exert Cytotoxic and Apoptotic Effects against HT-29 Human Colon Adenocarcinoma Cells

Primula auriculata (Tootia) is one of the most important local medicinal plants in Hamedan district, Iran. To investigate cytotoxicity and apoptosis induction of crude methanolic extract and different fraction of it we compared several methods on HT-29 human colon Adenocarcinoma cells. Cancer cell proliferation was measured by 3-(4, 5‑dimethylthiazolyl)-2, 5‑diphenyl‑tetrazolium bromide (MTT) a...
